Samsung E2152 Simcard Problem !

E2152 Simcard need roads help me !

samsung gt-E2152 sim card
first check the voltage ic U312 sim card in C315-C317 and C320
sim enabled in R300 ..... if all four components of the sim card still works fine .... rehot or replace U312
