Hi..my Name Is Sarah....and I Just Bought A Samsung E700 3 Weeks Ago...it Was Brand New And A Relly Nice Phone I Bought Of Ebay For A Pretty Good Price....now The Phone Has Gone Off...it Says Limited Service... I Have Read A Few Things On The Net And Believe It To Be Barred.....can Anybody Please Help A Total Novice On How To Change The Emei Number ..and Get The Phone Working Again....would Very Much Appreciate It If I Was Told What I Need To Do This If It Can Be Done....thanks In Advance Sarah

you need an S500/E700 data lead which i can supply you and Samsung SGH-S500 Service Tools Ver 2.00 software which you can download from my site on: http://homepages.nildram.co.uk/~cnnet/

1.)put cable on phone w/out battery
2.)select ComPort 1
3.)Click TAT
4.)When reaching 32% on progress bar connect battery TAT MODE diaplayed
5.) enter any IMEI you wish and click IMEI

best to only change last 6 digits as this keeps the product code intact
