you must remove charge connector and clean with ultrasonic
your problem 100%% solved

thank you CALE , the part Q102 was the problem , i remove it and now not anymore always charging but i need to replace it , wich phones have this part to change it? its very very small...

try to put other NPN transistor. you cant fint this tupe in other samsung boards

try with U101

1-board phone clean good

2-repalce the charge ic

3-remove the E61 - E62

4-change a power supply ic 100% ok

Charging problems in E710 - try to replace transistors marked in red. In the most cases you have to change U101.
