Samsung E800 - GSM-Forum

Hi folk's nice looking forum..

I have the above phone and I have a problem which occurs quite frequently..
The on/off/end call button sometimes ceases to work.

If after I make a call I sometimes have to remove the battery to end the call.
On other occasions I cannot turn the phone on.
There has been no water damage.
Ideas please.

Well mate, i think u got problem whit software.
Try to upgrade SW. It my help!

this problem is hard 100%
try to clean this key or change the keyboard of this phone

Thank's fellas for the replies

I have been on touch with Samsung since I posted and they want me to send it to their official repairer in Banbury Oxford as it is only 7 months old.
This is all very well as they say if it is a manufacterers fault it's free if not I will be charged..

Now the phone has been well looked after and on the repairers say so determines whether there are costs involved.Can't win by the looks of things...eh???
