To Samsung Experts

I have a problem in Samsumg C100. It shows "high heat" message when plugining in the charger. I have changed several charging ICs, but nothing happened. I hope you help me. Thank you guys.

I haven't seen this message before on any samsung.
Anyway, is the phone charging normally after this message?
If yes try to flash the phone first.
