F700V no service

Hi

i will explain everything i did in order to people understand it clearly

i am running on windows XP

and initially before i unlocked the mobile phone , if when ever i tried another sim card apart from vodafone original card, it would say please insert correct sim or something similar like sim not valid.

So i bought myself the unlocker ustpro2 lite from www.*********x.com.

came in to the forum to find out how i could unlock the F700v so i found some thread with info.

i followed all steps from that thread based on ustpro2.

And i managed to unlock phone sucessfull after some atempts. (at least i thought it was all ok)

So after following all procedures mentioned here http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/show...t=F700V&page=2

to be more precise on post #26

i inserted a orange sim card on the phone and powered phone ON

To my surprise phone started normally and the invalid sim card message did not show (so i assumed it was a good sign and phone was really unlocked)

when main menu came up , all settings and info showed up like when i had it running with VODA sim card.

but in the midle of the screen the message pop up instantly saying "NO SERVICE"

and on the top left corner where we have the network bar level it was empty like no signal at all , then i also realised that on the right top corner there was a picture of a phone with a red slash on top of it.

Meaning that phone does not have any signal and does not let me make phone calls.

The orange simcard is ok and with credit as i have used it in another phone

so i decided to remove simcards and insert original simcard from voda and to my surprise same thing happens "NO SERVICE"

thats why i am stuck lol
