Member: 1702061 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1651562 Thanks Meter: 306 | Pin 3 is SIMCLK (clock synchronization), it goes directly from UCP200 MAIN CHIP. i think it isn't good idea for you to reball UCP200. First of all, check vsim voltage , it should be 1.8v-2.8v at pin #1. When phone startup, CPU always check SIM card presence, you must be very regardful, it very quick process, when SIM card absent. Post result. |
