I'm try to set up LCD refurbish business, but each time I replace glass it comes with a lot of bubbles, what have I done wrong?

There is a special machine which helps with air bubbles, without it there is no chance to get rid of them.

OCA is more complicated method, you need to have laminator to do this. With LOCA you just pour the glue on the display and stick the screen.
