hi brs i change touch screen of s5830i samsung and put s5830 touch .now when i make call .with starting call phone screen become black .i cant see anythhing in phone lcd. but in normal condion all goes well . just it becomes black when make call. solution please. thanks

you blocked the sensor that makes the screen go blank on a call. Top right hand side clean the touchscreen next to the front camera

I have one S5830L wich i change the tochscreen, the old is craked but works, when i change for a new one, it begins to distortioned and when try to write the letters jump, i try two different touchscreen and same results.
Prior i have change the same model without problem.
Some sugestion?

i have same problem change orignal tuch and speaker and scencer belt but same and speaker working ....

SOLUTION HERE:

GO TO SETTINGS — CALL SETTINGS — ADDITIONAL SETTINGS —> CANCEL TICK ON proximity senso OPTION .
