Samsung Galaxy GT-I9300 USB PC problem

Hi there
like you guys see I'm new here so.....let's go to my problem.
I have white Galaxy GT-I9300 and everything is working except USB PC connection.
Phone was restarted to factory settings,partition cache wipe,and also factory reset done.
Nothing helped.
On service station(not samsung) they told me it's very risky to fix USB on this phone.
So can somebody explain me if it is worth to do that and pay 20 pounds for risky job.
Or explain me how to fix(schematics or diagrams) and I will do that by my self.(have necessary equipment to do all soldering things).

make sure that 1st is not software problem go to dial PAD ,and type *#0808#
at make sure is selected PDA and MTP+ADB

if NOT, then is hardware problem ,give an eye at phones connector and look the status if its demaged or not

Yes PDA is selected and MTP+ADB are selected...so I think this is hardware problem.

The USB port on phone looks pretty good no damaged but I thing that will be hardware issue so if you known something just tell me,. Please :-)
