Samsung Galaxy Note 2 7100 - Black Display

Hi..

I'm using this phone from past 6 Months.. 2 months back switched OS to CM11. Nothing went wrong till day before yesterday. Problem is when i turn on phone screen will work properly it will shows Samsung note 2 intro logo and i can able to use it for 2-3 mins max... after that it turn's screen to black (no display).. but touch is working every thing i press will works..

Thing i observed is if i didn't disturb it for 5+ mins & when i press unlock key display will come back but again it will went off in 1 mins.

I showed to Server center they are telling the problem with the PCB board.. & wont repair that particular problem they will replace whole PCB & it cost so MUCH $$$

Please Give me solution.

did u try to perform a hard reset? just a thought. worth trying before giving to replace PCB.

Samsung N7100 Galaxy Note II Hard Reset Steps:

- Take out your phone's battery, SIM-card and memory card too.
- After 10 seconds put the battery back into your phone.
- Press and hold Volume Up key + Home key then press Power key.
- Keep pressing the above keys until Samsung logo appears,Then when you see the Android Green Man release all keys.
- You will be into Factory Reset menu.
- Use Volume Down key to scroll down and select Wipe Data / Factory Reset option.
- Use Power key to confirm the operation.
- You need to use the Volume Down key again to select "Yes -- delete all user data"
- Use Power key to confirm the operation.
- After performing the hard reset, Select Reboot System Now option, And confirm it using Power key.
- Now the phone will reboots, Wait for it to be fully on and then you can start using it.

P.S. as i can see u have already update rom once, i think you know already that by hard reset all your phone data will be lost.

I'm Using TWRP 2.7 Custom recovery.. I wiped all things which include internal memory, external, cache, system, dalvik cache, data, android secure (ALL)... after that i re installed CW 11 with the latest update.. but still no use..

First try using orginal rom . If the same problem then try hardware repairing
