samsung galaxy S charging problem !

Hi,

I have a samsung gt-i9000 with a curious problem ! When I plug the DC charger, the

phone is charging (picture with the battery level is charging) but after it's finished, the

battery indicator remains at the same level, meaning that the phone is not charged !

What can be the problem since I've changed twice the battery !

thanks !
