Samsung galaxy s2 i9100 water damage

Hello!
I got a phone of my friend which has been in sea for some time(felt between the rocks and they couldn't get it out). Now the phone doesnt turn on, it shows no signal of turning on. I've cleaned motherboard with spirit, which is made for that, so no corrosion except some remains of white solid thing. So what should I do? Should I try just putting it in owen on 200C and have luck with reballing? Thanks in advance
