Samsung Galaxy S3 Freezes while working - GSM-Forum

hi guys im having a problem with a s3 it freezes while working on it and then i cant move anything need to pull out battery restart phone then works again and after 2-3 mins freezes again. can anyone help me with this problem

Did you try to reset this phone.backup your data and then factory reset.
