Samsung Galaxy S4 4G / i9505 Audio Solution

Just fixed one Samsung S4-4G .

Problem was No Audio during Call.

Music and Phone Sound was OK.
Just when we were making call, SPK+RINGER+MIC were not working.

I ReBalled this IC , and all working fine.



NOTE : If reballing doesnt solve the problem for you, just replace it with a new one.

how about no sound at all i mean speaker only no music and no load speaker.

but ear piece its ok .
should i replace sound ic or do something else.

First of all , try changing the Ringer.
Then try with new Charging Cable Flex Complete ( Because ringer connection is attached to that cable )
Then check cable connector on board.

I don't think It should be the audio IC in your case. But can't be 100% sure unless I get the phone in my hand.

Little master S4 has no sound at all and When you place a call its freeze on black screen. What do you think is the problem ?

i9505 brand new,no sound after couple of minutes..mic nearphone and ringer not working..i reinsert batery and everything is working again couple minutes and then stops..i reflow audio ic,and its the same..please help

I have a similar problem, the phone gets very good reception, signal, 4g works, sms sending works, I can record from both microphones, I can make a call on Groove IP, earpiece works, mic works, but if I make a call with the Dialer, it rings almost one single time and I got no sound, I cant hear the ring, nothing on the earpiece, the other side tells me that there is no sound neither coming from my cellphone.

Its a I337 AT&T unlocked phone, I flashed back to stock firmware via ODIN, rooted, changed ROM, radio, stock again, its the same problem, I tried applying heat on that IC with no luck, another suggestion?

do u have any idea abt ringer problem after flashing i9305 and 9505? i tried several firmwares but ringer not working....1st i had the problem with wifi and ringer but after flashing wifi repair file it started working ... ringer is still a problem....ear piece still working fine...tried on 3 working phones and all had same problems with different upgrades....didnt get ringer back.....any solution? its not a hardware issue

Ear + buzzr + Mic not work... i have chang handfree jack and also change flax but no luck.. then i chang audio ic but still no luck..

its hardware problem.
Rehot U605 ..but after that 70% camera cant not work.so then you need to reball camera Ic ,,then all phone working fine 100% i also face same problem and i done it

Someone help here... I woke up one morning and my S4 sound start crackling on every sound. Music, Notification (Any sound from the ringer) If a notification comes in, i can hear a continuous cracking sound in the speaker after the main Notification tone has stopped. I have troubleshooted with another speaker, its the same. Then i think its a hardware issue.

Who can point out on where to check?
