Member: 2154841 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Samsung Galaxy S4 "burning noise" halp I recently repaired an S4 by replacing the screen/midframe. I noticed it makes a strange noise kind of like something is burning, on some occassions it does go to the samsung logo then boots back up, so it's like there's a short somewhere. it sounds like it's coming from the charging port but I can't think why. Now, there's quite a few issues already with the phone. the sim card reader does not work, the volume up button does not work, the wifi and bluetooth does not work and the phone does have warranty until next year. here's a video of the noise: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9N-ppTj4... is it possible I could replace this under warranty? I know I have replaced parts but Apple usually will replace the phone if there is still a fault on their end |
