Guys, maybe anybody knows, is there any probability to burn new replacement LCD module when trying to check if the board is OK? My waterdamaged G920F turns on, boots ok, connects to PC, but some time ago there were a few 100-200 pixels working on LCD, and then it turned all black. Now I need to know if I can safely connect new LCD module.
The trouble shooting/repair guide says to check some voltages when display is activated on, but how can I get to according caps to measure when LCD connector almost fully covers them (C9016,C9020, C9019) and I have no access for probes? Or is it assumed when my LCD is disconnected, just push power or home button to just activate screen and take my measurements?

PS seems to be I cannot post attachements, cant understand why I get "download failed". Any suggestions?

Hello guys, looking for some help with this one...
Galaxy S6 sm-g920f, drop in water. Battery was dead and change for brand new. Strange behavior when plug : charging but battery goes up and down showing 3 hours remaining, then 45 minutes then 2 hours and so on...
I try to reheat like says in the "charging way" but no luck. I don't know what components are involve in the charging path. I also have a spare ldu for spare parts.
If you have any ideas, you're welcome.
Thanks in advance !
