The first to be done before replacing ic ic touch touchscreen U502 is already given current / voltage his work so that he can issue commands to the components or other touchscreen its path
try to check the working voltage ic touch U502 at C538
check the output path in the C535 and C537
check tsp-int at R503 ..tsp-scl at R511 and tsp-sda in R512
if the six components above still works well mean faulty U502 ic rehot try first before replacing the new
