Reset the device s5360: press and hold POWER/Lock button for 8-10 seconds, then release it.

Settings > Location and security > Clear storage: Erase the credential contents from the device and reset the password.

brother when the phone auto pwr on then it is switch fault my set pwr on normal click then it keep restarting any solut thksssssssssssssss
