samsung gt-c3303 lcd light not working

near lcd connector toward camera there is a condenser.one side is gnd and on other side u will get about 18v.this is lcd light voltage.if no voltage check 6pin ic there and related components.specially coil visible lower side of lcd socket.

any one have schematiccccccccc?

bro i checked in working mobile but voltages only show when display connected. without display voltages only 3.40v
so i think we will need schematic of it to understand the problem

but i remember that ic. and i tried to get it changed but could not find the new ic any where.
if u know any models have that ic pls tell me so i can pick it from there. because i dont think i will get this ic new in india.
