▀▄► Samsung GT-i9500 - charging paused battery temperature too low - HELP ◄▄▀

I have a Samsung s4 Gt-i9500

Has " charging paused battery temperature too low"

I did the following;
1. I replaced the entire USB charging flex assembly ribbon
2. Master reset & Clear cache
3. Upgraded phone via kies
4. New Battery
5. New Charger

and still I have this problem...

When I go to the Volume Up + Home + Pwr

Android system recovery7 <3e>
KOT495H.I9500UBUFNB3

Volume up/down to move Highlight;
Power button to select
reboot system now
apply update ADB
apply update from external storage
wipe data/factory reset <--------- done
wipe cache partition <----------- done
apply update from cache
---------------------------------

and a picture of
Little android is an error "dead" " !"

but the phone works fine, but wont charge

every charger gives that error...

Android 4.4.2
Baseband - I9500UBUFNA2
Kernel Version : 3.4.5-742022
build: KOT49H.I9500UBUFNB3

Try the following (it worked for me):
- Take off the battery
- Plug in the charger
- Place the battery back
