samsung i9003 4gb internal sd ok but - GSM-Forum

i have 4 handset i9003 4gb.all handset internal sd ok but handset some time restart and hang samsung logo then out battry and again work .but some time one day not problem.i do hard reset but same. i flashed but same.i open and see board very clean . i not understand this is hardware or software problem.
i also rooted all set but same.any member please help me .
