Samsung i9100 screen wont turn off HELP! - GSM-Forum

hi i would to know if someone could help. a customer brought her phone in and due to a fault. the fault is when you press the power button to lock the phone it locks but the screen doesnt go black it stays on and drains battery is there any solution to this problem. thanks

Reset the software. It dont look like a hardware issue

I have the same problem with s3 mini
