The phone goes into safe mode if u press the "menù" sub key during power...
Restart the phone, and everything will work correctly...

If the phone turns on in safe mode again, it probably has a problem on the menu button...

menù button is the left-bottom key...

the phone put itself in safe mode to protect itself, it does that when an app is malfunctioning so check any new apps that you may add to the phone.
