I am not sure if I am in the right section, but I am desperate for help. Does anyone know how to fix a blank IMEI. I have a samsung SGH-A516 , although I have seen people call it a A517. I was stupid and played with the wrong codes and dumped the eeprom so I erased the IMEI, I would like to restore it. Can any help?

Thankyou. Can you tell me what programs to use? I am not too sure what to use because I am a noob at this. I have written eeproms on some things, but never a phone. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

just write imei to the phone
by ustpro2 box

ah, I need a box to do it? Isn't there a way without it? I noticed flasher tools, but I am not sure which would work with this model.
