Ok I used the #*7337# code and now the IMEI number is all 0's, what do I need to reflash the eeprom to get the phone working again, any links to software and a walkthrough would be brilliant.

gadget like UST PROII, Z3X etc...no free for that..try to search for more details..

yes you can download the software but it sad to say that you cant run it without box...you can see above for some example of what ive said earlier...

ill give you the link which can tell you what box mean...
any box have their own model supports...

box have full security..without box you cant run the software..or wasting time to download...
