Samsung Jet s8000 phone lock

Hello everybode on this forum, this is my first post!

So as you might have already guessed I bought a Samsung jet s8000 from ****, it was quiet cheap. But the phone is locked and I don't have the code for it (I am not talking about the SIM-lock, I mean the phone lock).

I try to make a firmware update or also try to release the phone lock with software like "Samsung Tool 12.4" (got it from another thread on this forum).

The s8000 reacts strange and is not being recognised from my Win7 (32bit):

1. When I power it on, it shows the Samsung animated startup logo and then goes directly into the "phone lock" screen where I have to enter up to 8 digits. I can also enter an asterix "*", but not a "#".

I did already try different standard passwords like "0000" or "00000000" and so on, all failed.

2. When I power on my phone holding the volume and camera button (and of course the power-on button) it should boot into the download mode, but it doesn't.
What my mobile is doing is to show a complete blue screen when powering it on fpr about 5 seconds, then it changes to a complete green screen.
No animation, no flashes, no text on it. Just blue and then green.

In this state, the phone is alos not being recognised by my Windows.

I have also tried to install NPS and/or the Samsung driver only, but still it is not being recogniosed.

Is there any way to solve this issue without going to the next Samsung service point?

Thank you in advance and kind regards from Germany to everyone!

Okay, I will bring it next week to a Samsung service point to get it repaired (I hope it will not be too expensive, the warranty is already gone).
