i bought a d500 off a mate of mine but the keys dont work on the phone how can i fix this problem??

all of them!! none of the keys work upper and lower..

does on/off key works means if phone gets off with on/off key or not ?????

It's just the flex cable, probably a bit of moisture got into it. Take it apart and you can usually clean it off or replace if needed.

yes the on/off button work, i opend a 2 d500s from i changed the housing on them, but when i turnd the phone on it comes up a white screen what am i doing wrong?

propably is the flex ribbon on the middle of the phone just replace a new one and work 100% tested
