Samsung monte - not booting

HELLO EVERYONE...........

i have samsung monte s5620,
i was updating firmware through multiloader.. updating was success... but i did a big mistake.. i put out my mobile battery in "download mode" and now my mobile is not getting start...,, even not showing download mode or anything.. completely dead..!!!!

so.. i gave it to repair in a mobile shop.. he said..,, it has IC problem,its charging IC has burnt, u have to change its charging IC,

but he couldnt repair it..., he said IC is not available in market now days.....

plzzzz tell me any solution.. im in big trouble,....

coz one of my frnd said- its not hardware porblm, its software problm...

then we try to solve this problem by flashing but got this error....

Connect Phone to RJ-45 Without Battery !
ExtBL Failed: no BOOT Signal
DeadBL Failed* not Run: 0

phone is not able to boot.......,

then we check its hardware and found something...

my phone's IC/Resistance is missing... plz see this image..

this ic/resitance is missing in my mobile....



please.... help me anyone.........

is this a hardware problem or software problem ??
and please help,......

it looks like capacitor to me and phone should work without it. It is conected to + and GND of battery.
You propably deleted bootloader from your phone. I dont know, if it can be repaired without a box. Try to find better mobile shop.
