print ok
ear peice ok
key pad sound comes
but when i make call incoming sound did not come
what the hell is this

could u guide me it must be hw
i check all in software

check buzzer of phone, to ringout.

tone sound is all way worked, pr. in eareclipce not in buzzer!

Is it in GSM900 only?

Phones from Korea is not fully tested in 900 MHz, because they are haven't 900 MHz networks in Korea.
Try to reflash. In 99% it helps. For some time...

change those little resistors and diode around the speacker pad
worked for me on two r220
