Samsung N7000 Black Scren - GSM-Forum

Hi.

Samsung N7000 is power on, but lcd is still off(black screen), touch screen work corectly.
I check all steps witch service manual and voltage on C503 is 0,7V and C502 is -1V, corect voltage shoud be C503 is 4,6v and C502 -3~4,4V.
The rest is ok.
Any idea?

Check Vbat at both ends of L505

I check voltage at both ends l505 and is the same 3,7V.

If so, it's mean reason in U509. Last check - disconnect LCD connector and check way from HDC501 pin 37 to pin 4 of U509. It must be.

Way from HDC501 pin 37 to pin 4 of U509 is ok. I do not have U509, samsung SEC-CODE is 1203-006807, where I can find U509 excluding N7000?

p\n 1203-006807 TPS65138,SON,10P,3x3m n7000 U509 GT-N7105 U1004 Better check carefully with service manual one else. Or search with google, for example - Samsung GT-N7000 Galaxy Note IC-DC/DC CONVERTER 1203-006807
