Samsung P5100 Music Player And Music Video No Sounds

hello mates just want to ask about my Samsung P5100 music player and music video has no sounds.

but if i go to systen sounds if i play some of the system sounds they are playing, i try to play a music with headphone it has a sound but if i play without headset dont have sounds?

i try to upgrade to jelly bean to downgrade to ice cream sandwich it still the same do the factory reset on recovery it still the same check the head set connection if shorted but the headphone connection is ok.

i have no idea?


anyone suggestion?

When I use bluetooth speaker and headphone sound work
But when I use nomad headphone no sound
