after water I9300 audio and video playing very slowly!!!!!!!!!?? anyone have idea?

Hi anyone know this problem same problem.. I also have crackling static sound on all speakers when used .. ear piece.. main speaker .. headphone jack.. can hear about of the correct sound but noisy crackling sound is to much. also .. imei n bb null/null (water damaged)

For having cracking static sound on all speakers when used .. ear piece.. main speaker .. headphone jack.. can hear about of the correct sound but noisy crackling sound is to much:
1-clean & resolder HDC600 all legs each leg for 20 second
2-change c665 & c666


For also .. imei n bb null/null (water damaged):
1-flash your phone with spt-box or z3x -box by repairing serial number
