i have a galexy s3. when i charge the phone then the phone become hot. when i talk or browse net then the phone also become hot. some time when i power on the phone then it shows power reset or unknown upload mode. some time mobile is all ok. i cheak that which parts become hot then i saw that the duel layer ic become hot

plz help me expert.

i have one s3mini that direct on then usb not dittect
any solution
