Samsung S3 Neo GT-i9300i don't charge but detect the charging - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I have a Samsung S3 Neo to fix and can't get a proper solution.
It doesn't charge battery, but phone detect is plugged to wall, bat symbol change and do the charging animation, still it doesn't charge, battry keep discharging util reach 0 even if i leave plug for a night.
Sometimes it work, but is rare now.

USB Port is good.
Near by Capacitors and resistors get 5V from charger.
At battery port i get almost no voltage, sometimes 0.4V.
When i insert the battery with charger in VBAT is 3V
When i insert the battery without charger in VBAT is real Battery voltage, 4.2V

Tried multiple cables and charger.
My last option is replace charging IC.

Has anyone face this problem before?
I cant get a proper schemantic for this model

Note: Connection and voltage at jumper way for this model is all correct
Phone work correctly when have battery with charge

After change the IC i lost a resistor, bottom right at IC after the capacitor.
Anyone know it value?
