Samsung s4 zoom sm-c101 doesn't turn on


Hi, I would like repair my phone but I don't know what's wrong with that. The phone one day was turn off and after that it won't turn on.

Battery is ok, samsung doesn't react with jig.
Samsung doesn't charge battery, after press button turn on in a while I see 0.16A and after that 0A.
Please help me with repair that, where do I begin.

some component is short, I think some capacitor near ic power
