samsung s6310 need risistor value plz - GSM-Forum

plzz i need to know the value of this resistor. my client bring me the phone dead and i found this resistor missing i try to short the phone power on but fake charging when i plug the charger it show charging when i unplug it "battery low"

R419 R-value chips 0:01 ohms, 1%, 1 / 2w

what are you mean by 0:01 ohms
batt gnd pin ==> resistor r419 ==> ground, is schematic track, when i short r419 (0ohm) phone power on but i get exclamation mark on battery. should i replace r419 with same one or prob cam from another place??
