Samsung S6312 charging ways

Dear Team,

I have samsung S6312, which gives me trouble with the battery. Phone when connected with charger was working fine but giving HEAT problem near the charging section.

The main problem is, even if we insert a FULLY CHARGED battery, after the boot, the screen shows an error CONNECT CHARGER and if we connect the charger, it will start from 3% (even if the batatery is fully charged upto 100% with external charger).

This is the exact problem and I want to know the HARDWARE solution for this.

work for me..not charging, after rehot charging perfect
