Samsung sgh-d900i problem please help - GSM-Forum

Hi all. My mum recently took her d900i to a mobile phone shop to get it taken off the o2 network. When she went to collect it she was told that they didnt have the software to do it. So on returning home she switched the phone on and it said searching and then says no service.

the guy at the shop is denying all knowledge of what he has done to it.

Can anyone help?

The imei number is still the same.

Could he of damaged it if he has tried to flash it and used the wrong software

seems a bit funny that it was working fine before he touched it or has the antenna decided to give up.
