Member: 2914524 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Hello dear friends! I also have same tablet T355 with same trouble (no image, no power up, heating up below led driver cover. As I check: burn out inductor L6001 and diode D6000 - looks like similar. But I can't find any information about diode and inductor model&size anywhere!!! In SKY82896 datasheet (IC driver for led backlight) I found a reference schematic for typical application, and again - no info about used parts I even found a service manual (I can provide it if needed) with full schematic of tablet, but again (bad luck!) no parts. Please help me! |

Member: 2914524 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Hello dear friends! Many thanks again to jm_rg94, information that he provide to me was very useful Knowing L6001 INDUCTOR-SMD real value, I made a temporary checking (using bigger parts soldering with wires) of display light: inductor was burn out (clearly seen by eyes!), diode was good (my mistake). And after inductor temporary replace (4.7 µH needed) I found a bad capacitor C6031 (inside a metal shield). For test I replace this capacitor with external 2200nf 50V capacitor - display light going up, and a tablet was return to life and begin to charge! Can you provide me a part number of C6031 capacitor? May be a good idea to find real size and value of this part. |

Member: 2914524 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Hello guys! Many thanks to efrcom for non-original part numbers - they much cheaper and more available in stores. As a result of the repair - broken parts was changed in this way. smd-inductor L6001 (p/n samsung 2703-003897) was changed to Murata p/n 1239AS-H-4R7M=P2 (4.7 µH, 30%, size 1008 [metric size 2520!], 1MHz) smd-capacitor C6031 (p/n samsung 2203-007790) was changed to Murata p/n GRM31CR71H475KA12L (4700NF,10%,50V,X5R,TP,size 3216 [metric size 1206!] Please note - Murata parts are a little higher than original parts (0.5mm). But they can short to a metal shielding cap then closing it - put a thin strip of Scotch clear tape (packing tape) to inside of cap. Tablet will light up and working good! |
