samsung t100 no network


hello freind's
i have an t100 for repairing witch hav'nt networg (serching). i have rehot the RF circuit than they display the network but i can't make or receive a call.
can any one have good quick repair idea.

In case of full network but can not call or receive, you have to resolder or change 3 legs IC located on the left side of the PA.

Does the same solution work for e820 with the same problem (network-present and connection status on the display is ok, but i can not make & receive calls)???
