Samsung U900 LCD problem

Hi,
I have a LCD problem with Samsung U900. It looks like bar code going through it (from up to down of the screen). I bought a new flex cable, changed it, but the problem didn´t disappear.

So, can anybody help me out with this? What´s the problem? Should I buy the new LCD or what?

PS: I didn´t send it to the authorized repair shop because it´s not under warranty anymore (actually the problem appeared 5 days after prolonged warranty ). Why prolonged? Because I had similar problem (faulty line on "magical touch") in April. I sent it to the authorized repair shop (phone was still under warranty in that time), they changed flex + LCD and everything was fine............until the end of August. FFS, what the f*ck is wrong with this phone? Should I expect another worn out flex (or faulty LCD or whatever) in 3-4 months?
