Seeking bypass solution for i9100T with broken RF switch

Client handed me a phone for screen repair - after repair, very poor signal.

Seems the client tried plugging in an external antenna in to the Galaxy S2 / i9100T and subsequently the internal antenna now is disabled.

Reception is good with a 90mm length of wire plugged in to the RF socket, but that obviously isn't a solution.

Is there a bypass / link I can solder on to get around this broken RF socket?

Based on this datasheet, if I can actually remove the device I should be able to simply short the two internal pads.... getting it off thus far however has been less than successful, even with preheating, hotair and low-temp-solder.

All fixed. Had to push the hot air to 360'C, which is more than I usually deal with.

Single 0R 0603 SMD resistor used to bridge the two inner pads left after removing the antenna test socket
