i can easily separate glass from lcd, but not lcd from frame because of the lcd back adhesive, anyone tried a method that's efficient, adhesive dissolver etc?

The technique I use is to separate the sides of the glass from the frame, while leaving the tools to pry on the side, I dip the frame+lcd assembly in isopropyl alchool 99% 2 min. It will loosen the glue under lcd. Use heat + dipping in IPA to work all around the frame and it should separate from the frame.

Make sure you remove microphone, speaker, cameras etc.. from frame before dipping in IPA

I use the same method as EC911 minus the heat.
