My Samsung SGH-J400 is turned off only when you make a voice call, when you connect to the number you are calling. After a second one also turns on. It works well for incoming calls, make and receive video calls and call and receive messages, just fails with the voice call. Do you know which is the problem and how to solve? Thank you very much for your help
