Member: 2754437 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | I had once this problem with Galaxy Alpha. 1 Genuine Samsung charger and 3 phones: 2x Alpha, 1x galaxy s6 results: 1x alpha, 1x s6 charge ok, another Alpha charge very slow or even discharge! No water damage etc, close to brand new phone. Tried different chargers, cables, software... no results. "easy" solution: Bought really THICK usb cable, not like samsung microUSB stock cable, this one is very THICK, connected to this faulty Alpha and charge ok, even fast charging option is working, no heating etc. A bit too simply, but it's true. Maybe there is malfunction, but thick cable sorted problem. Try it. |
