samsung sm-J510FN display first try replacing the lcd with the new one both check its lcd working voltage at C6039 = 3.0V and at C6038 = 1.8V replace the damaged and if both its either check or replace diode U5006 LDO 3.0V (AP7340D-30FS4-7-71 DIODES) with part number: 1203-008326 and U6004 LDO 1.8V (AP7340D-18FS4-7, DFN10) with part number : 1203-008250 which you are three sets under the U5006 two under it with one part number and currently the replacement of the other has not been updated yet | |
