don't bugging any more just rebuild imei of the phone and do fac't setting type code *2767*3855# after rebuild imei with smart usb or ns dongle Best of Luck

reflow also bluetooth module

i repair 2 d500 by short cutting l300

check irda module connection

the only and working solution for this just change the bt module ..
nothing else all will be ok...
