The way I experienced myself and the outcome assured
First we need code and write

*# 9998*8738#

Shows us a list of name check pattern
Choose carefully selected H \ Wtest
3 shows us choices carefully choose Audio settings
18 shows you choose
Choose the old man No. 13 which iis normal2
First increase from 11 to 12 or 13
And down on the chosen Altalt
Instead of level 10
1100
And 11 -
1250
, 12 1650
And 13 -
2300
And 14 -
3200
And after your registration to save Besguet
Try Voice Dial Phone
Congratulations

I have a nokia 2300 which work olny when connecting the charger.If we pull out the charger it does not work what to do if any body can help please help me.thanks
