Strange Galaxy S2 problem

Bought this second hand Galaxy S2 i9100GT, it had a broken screen which I replaced...
It's not simlocked, nor IMEI blocked (checked both)..
I have 2 sim cards, one inside my work phone, and the second for private use who I want to use with the S2..
Sim cards are from 2 different Norwegian providers (Netcom and Onecall)..
Now to the strange part, the SGS2 accept my Netcom card without any problem, can phone in/out, send text's etc, but as soon as I put sim from Onecall inside phone, it find the network, but when I try to connect, after a while I get this msg...Can't connect. Try later..This goes on and on..

I've reflashed FW (tried different versions, now I'm on ICS, flashed various modem versions, tried to change CSC to NEE from ODK, nothing sort out this problem..

Because my Onecall sim was quite old they sent me a new a week ago, it's activated, but this stil goes on and on...Cant connect.Try again later..

This is driving me nuts, please any help/suggestion apreciated...

Thanks for your reply
I have very good recollection when it comes to numbers , so no need to do the *#06#..

IMEI on this SGS2 is 358150042418989
